Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 14 October 2026

1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://fahmir.aero/ and the aviation support services offered by Fahmir, operating as Fahmir Aviation (“Fahmir Aviation”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue your use of the website and do not submit a service request.

These Terms apply to website visitors, prospective customers, and customers requesting aviation support services, subject to any separate written agreement that applies to a particular service.

2. Using Our Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose.

  • Submit false, inaccurate, or incomplete information.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, systems, or data.

  • Interfere with the security, availability, or proper operation of the website.

  • Introduce malicious software, harmful code, or other material that could damage our systems.

  • Use our website in a manner that infringes the rights of Fahmir Aviation or any third party.

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access to our website where we reasonably believe that these Terms have been violated or that such action is necessary to protect our website, business, customers, or service providers.

3. Our Aviation Support Services

Fahmir Aviation coordinates aviation support services for customers operating in the business and general aviation sectors.

Our services may include:

  • Flight Permits: Assistance with coordinating overflight and landing permit applications.

  • Ground Handling: Coordination of ground handling arrangements and related airport services.

  • Flight Planning: Assistance with flight planning and operational coordination.

  • Charter Flights: Coordination of air charter enquiries and related arrangements.

  • Aviation Fuel: Coordination of aviation fuel supply and related fuelling services.

Service availability, scope, and delivery arrangements depend on the requirements of each request, the relevant location, applicable regulations, and the availability of third-party providers.

Information published on our website is provided for general informational purposes and may be updated or changed without prior notice.

3.1 Enquiries and Service Requests

Submitting an enquiry or service request through our website, email, or WhatsApp does not constitute a confirmed booking, a guarantee of service availability, or an automatically binding service agreement.

A request will be treated as confirmed only when Fahmir Aviation provides written confirmation through an authorised communication channel, subject to any applicable service agreement, quotation, payment requirements, and third-party approvals.

3.2 Quotations and Confirmations

Quotations may be provided based on the information available at the time of the request. They may be subject to changes in operational requirements, supplier availability, airport charges, regulatory fees, fuel prices, exchange rates, taxes, or other applicable costs.

The validity period of each quotation, the services included, the applicable charges, and any conditions of acceptance should be specified in the quotation or accompanying written communication.

Customers should obtain written confirmation of the agreed services, pricing, and applicable conditions before relying on a quotation or making operational arrangements.

Where a separate written agreement applies, its terms will govern the relevant services to the extent specified in that agreement.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when requesting or using our services.

Depending on the service requested, this may include:

  • Aircraft type, registration, and other aircraft particulars.

  • Aircraft operator and customer details.

  • Flight numbers, routing, departure and arrival airports, and schedules.

  • Estimated times of arrival and departure.

  • Passenger, crew, cargo, or other operational information where required.

  • Aircraft certificates, insurance documents, and other supporting documentation.

  • Flight plans and relevant operational documents.

  • Any additional information reasonably required to coordinate the requested service.

You are responsible for promptly notifying us of changes to any information you have supplied.

You must also ensure that you, your aircraft operator, and any other relevant parties hold the licences, permissions, certificates, insurance, and approvals required for your operations.

You remain responsible for complying with all applicable aviation laws, regulations, safety requirements, customs requirements, immigration requirements, and other legal obligations relevant to your flight or operation.

Fahmir Aviation may request additional information or documentation where necessary to process a request. We may suspend or decline a request if the information supplied is insufficient, inaccurate, or raises legitimate compliance concerns.

5. Permits, Approvals, and Service Availability

Certain aviation services depend on decisions, permissions, and operational arrangements controlled by third parties.

These may include:

  • Civil Aviation Authorities and other government agencies.

  • Airports and airport operators.

  • Air traffic management authorities and slot coordinators.

  • Ground handling companies and fixed-base operators (FBOs).

  • Aviation fuel suppliers.

  • Aircraft operators, charter operators, and other service providers.

We will make reasonable efforts to coordinate requested services in accordance with the agreed scope of work. However, we do not guarantee that any permit, landing approval, overflight approval, airport slot, ground handling service, charter aircraft, fuel supply, or other third-party service will be approved, available, or delivered within a particular timeframe.

Approvals and services may be delayed, restricted, amended, or refused because of regulatory decisions, operational limitations, supplier availability, weather, safety requirements, incomplete documentation, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Any estimated processing or delivery time communicated by us is an estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

You remain responsible for obtaining the approvals and authorisations required for your flight operations. Our coordination services do not replace approvals issued by the relevant authorities.

6. Fees, Payments, and Invoicing

Fees for our services will generally be communicated through a quotation or other written confirmation relating to the relevant request.

Depending on the services involved, the total amount payable may include our service fees and applicable third-party charges, such as:

  • Aviation authority and permit fees.

  • Airport and landing charges.

  • Ground handling and FBO charges.

  • Aviation fuel charges.

  • Charter aircraft and operator charges.

  • Taxes and other applicable government charges.

The final price may be affected by changes in operational requirements, third-party pricing, service availability, or other circumstances disclosed in the applicable quotation or service agreement.

Before accepting a quotation, customers should review the services included, any exclusions, the payment schedule, and the conditions applicable to additional charges.

6.1 Payment Terms

Payment deadlines, accepted payment methods, applicable currencies, invoicing arrangements, taxes, deposits, and any advance payment requirements will be specified in the relevant quotation, invoice, or written service agreement.

Customers are responsible for paying all agreed charges in accordance with the applicable payment terms.

Any overdue payments, late-payment charges, or other consequences of non-payment will be handled in accordance with the applicable agreement and governing law.

6.2 Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Cancellation, amendment, and refund conditions may vary according to the type of service requested and the terms imposed by the relevant suppliers or operators.

Third-party charges may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation fees, even where a requested service is subsequently changed or cancelled.

Customers should review the cancellation and refund conditions communicated before confirming a service.

Any refund or cancellation request will be assessed in accordance with the applicable quotation, service agreement, supplier conditions, and relevant law.

7. Third-Party Service Providers

Fahmir Aviation may coordinate services through independent agents, airports, FBOs, ground handlers, fuel suppliers, charter operators, and other third-party service providers.

These providers may operate under their own contracts, terms and conditions, pricing policies, safety requirements, and cancellation rules.

Where applicable, customers may be required to accept the relevant third-party terms before services can be provided.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Fahmir Aviation acts as a coordinator or intermediary for third-party services rather than the direct provider of those services.

The identity and contractual role of the relevant provider, together with Fahmir Aviation’s responsibilities, should be established in the applicable quotation or service agreement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibilities or liabilities that Fahmir Aviation has under an applicable agreement or that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content published on this website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, designs, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Fahmir Aviation and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and use this content for personal or legitimate business purposes related to evaluating our services.

You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, commercially exploit, or otherwise use website content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

The Fahmir Aviation name, logo, and other branding elements may not be used in a manner that suggests an unauthorised association, endorsement, or partnership.

9. Website Information and Disclaimer

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and useful information on our website. However, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for every operational purpose.

Website content is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a guarantee of service availability, regulatory approval, operational feasibility, or a particular result.

Customers should obtain current, request-specific information and written confirmation before making decisions based on our services.

Nothing on this website should be interpreted as replacing official instructions, approvals, or requirements issued by the relevant aviation authorities or airport operators.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fahmir Aviation will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from or relating to the use of our website or the coordination of requested services.

Subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement, circumstances outside our reasonable control may include:

  • Permit applications or approvals being delayed, amended, or refused by the relevant authorities.

  • Airport slots, landing rights, or other operational permissions being unavailable.

  • Delays, cancellations, or changes caused by airports, suppliers, operators, or other third parties.

  • Adverse weather, airspace restrictions, safety requirements, or operational limitations.

  • Changes in fuel availability, supplier pricing, or other third-party charges.

  • Inaccurate, incomplete, or late information or documentation provided by a customer or another party.

  • Government actions, regulatory changes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or that the website will always be free from technical errors.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any mandatory rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising directly from your breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of our services, or your provision of materially inaccurate or misleading information.

Any indemnity obligation will be subject to applicable law and the terms of any separate written agreement.

Nothing in this section makes you responsible for losses caused by matters for which you are not legally responsible.

12. Links to Third-Party Websites

Our website may contain links to websites or online services operated by third parties.

These links are provided for convenience and informational purposes. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms.

Accessing a third-party website is at your own discretion. You should review the relevant website’s terms and privacy policy before using its services.

13. Privacy and Personal Information

We may collect and process personal information that you provide when contacting us or requesting our services.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, and handled.

Please review our Privacy Policy for further information.

You should only provide personal information and operational documents that you are authorised to share and that are reasonably necessary for the relevant enquiry or service.

14. Force Majeure

Neither party will be responsible for a failure or delay in performing an obligation to the extent that the failure or delay results from circumstances beyond that party’s reasonable control, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.

Such circumstances may include natural disasters, severe weather, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, regulatory action, airport closures, airspace restrictions, public emergencies, interruptions to essential infrastructure, or significant third-party service disruptions.

The affected party should notify the other party as soon as reasonably practicable where the circumstances materially affect the agreed services.

This section does not remove any payment obligations or other responsibilities that remain enforceable under the applicable agreement or law.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from or relating to them will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to the legal entity operating Fahmir Aviation, subject to any mandatory provisions of applicable law.

The courts of the applicable jurisdiction will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, legal requirements, or other relevant circumstances.

The “Last updated” date at the beginning of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.

Updated Terms will be published on this page. Where required by applicable law or an existing agreement, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

Your continued use of the website after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of those changes only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Any existing written service agreement will remain subject to its own terms concerning amendments and variations.

17. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

A failure or delay by Fahmir Aviation to exercise a right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right unless the waiver is expressly made in writing or required by applicable law.
